Esuma invited myself and filmmaker Dominic Lavoie to come create short film projects with Nunavik communities. The intention of the films were to focus on individuals and groups doing amazing things within Inuit culture and communities. There were presented to all 14 Nunavik communities during Perseverance Week in February, 2025. We created 14 films and promotional film for the project. Below are some that were created.
Synopsis : Ida recounts the struggles she encountered as a young person in Nunavik while at school. Later in life, she is finally following her dreams and attending college in Montreal.

Synopsis : Beluga Hunting in Aupaluk documents hunters from the community of Aupaluk as they harvest the Belugas on the shoreline and share the meat and mattak with community members.
